What is your refund/exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges for 100% customer satisfaction. Merchandises must be returned in the same new condition within 14 days after receiving your package. The clothing must be returned in the same box as received. All tags must be attached, if any are attached. We do not accept returns on worn, stained, or torn items. How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you. Once you have identified the tracking number, you can check delivery progress four different ways:
Online on the USPS website
By phone at 1 (800) 222-1811
By sending a text message to 28777 with your tracking number as the content of the message
By the USPS Mobile App available for iPhones, and Android mobile devices
